Mark your calendar for 14 October 2010, because that's the day for a rather hot Virtual Conference entitled EDA: The Next Big Things. And why is it so hot? Well, apart from anything else...

What? You want to add your own Blog, Article, Review, or Tech-Tip to this community (and possibly other communities)? No problemo. Just go to TB-Articles in the main menu and do a search for "How To Add Content" to see an article that reveals all...

I really want the content posted on this community to be relevant and useful, so I strongly request that all community members review and rate every item and give it a push "up" or "down" so that the cream rises to the top and the dross (if any) settles to the bottom and fades from sight never to darken our doorsteps again (grin) Note your feedback can be as short as you like "this was GREAT" or "this was rubbish", but the more detail you can provide the more useful will be your input.

With regard to my previous wall posting, I'd also like to hear about any FPGA development boards/kits you've played with recently (both the good and the bad) -- Cheers -- Max

I'm always being asked to recommend books on Verilog and/or VHDL. The problem is that it's difficult to keep up with all of the new arrivals. So if you've read a book that you'd recommend, please drop me a line to let me know. Cheers -- Max
